Breaking Barriers, Changing Lives:
Meet Dr. Valentina Leonett
Dr. Valentina Leonett’s journey is a testament to resilience, passion, and the power of dreaming big. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, she moved to the United States at just 17 to chase her dream of becoming a dentist. While earning a degree in Biology with a minor in Business at Nova Southeastern University, she gained hands-on experience working in multiple dental offices, sparking her desire to one day lead her own practice.

Her journey brought her to Arizona, where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine and a certificate in Public Health from A.T. Still University - Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. Today, she is the proud owner of two thriving dental practices in the Phoenix area, where she is known for her compassionate care and innovative approach to dentistry.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Leonett is passionate about mentorship. She has guided pre-dental students, dental students, and fellow dentists, sharing insights and lessons from her own experiences. As a proud Latina leader, she is on a mission to inspire others to break barriers, dream fearlessly, and persevere through challenges.
Her dynamic speaking engagements captivate audiences as she shares her journey of transformation—teaching others how to use rejection as a powerful tool for growth and success. Dr. Leonett is driven by one goal: to empower others to believe in their limitless potential.
